I'm really enjoying these electrolytes, & I'm sad to hear that the mango flavour will be discontinued as I can't tolerate citrus flavouring! But I'll likely continue to buy the unflavoured version & just find my own mango powder, unless they come up with another flavour that is non-citrus (berry, cherry etc). The sodium level & overall ratio is great for medical use (dysautonomia/EDS), the potassium is very gentle on the stomach & magnesium malate is a superior form of magnesium for muscle recovery. If you do get a flavoured version, monk fruit vs stevia is a rare plus both for taste factor or allergy/sensitivity to stevia, as well as using malic acid vs citric acid. Price is fair, shipping was fast. Nice to support a solid, Canadian company with similar values to me. Would recommend to others!

Love the lemon lime. Mango is OK. Prefer to purchase Canadian. Individual packets would be convenient for hiking or for someone involved in Search and Rescue. The large packet to be measured out is fine for at home use.
Great product for heavy sweaters. I have tried various electrolyte drinks but found Canada Rock Hydration to work the best for my needs. Recently went on a long weekend bike trip and found I was able to perform and recover very well.

We use a lot of electrolytes and until now had always purchased from the US. We decided to try what we can buy at home. We bought 3 lime + 1 mango. The lime flavour is very good and we have yet to try the Mango.
I was a regular LMNT user but wanted to find a Canadian company for my electrolytes. I tried InSalted and Canada Rocks. I tried the lemon line and mango flavours from Canada Rocks and while the taste is pleasant, it is a little too sweet. What I miss is the saltiness that I get with LMNT.
