We started Canada Rock Hydration in February of 2025 out of our home in Ontario. Since then our electrolytes have been used by Canadian olympians, gold medalists, ironman athletes, and Canadians in every province and territory!

Our electrolytes are a blend of 100% natural sea salt packed with trace minerals and other essential electrolytes in highly bioavailable forms. Every batch is lab tested for heavy metals and micro plastics so you know that you're only getting the best with every elite scoop.
