Absolutely 💯 great product. It's amazing for people with POTS. People with POTS need to take in 5,000 to 10,000. Mg of sodium a day. Yes you read that right!! I've tried so many different kinds and this smooth wonderful drink is the best yet, with 1050 mg of sodium per scoop is amazing! No artificial sweeteners or additives is awesome too! Thank you

I love the formulation and the fact that it is sweetened with Monkfruit. I have been waiting for one like this! Unfortunately I don't love the taste of the mango. It's quite flat tasting and needs a tart element too it. If it was tanhy or more sour, I'd love it. I'm going to try the other flavors and see how they are.

Now understand the lemon lime is out. Didn't mind the mango and currently using it everyday. But would like to try the lemon lime. A suggestion is taster packs for new customer as I wasnt sure if I wanted to order you product at first and was tempted to use a american competition product that I have tried before.

I'm really enjoying these electrolytes, & I'm sad to hear that the mango flavour will be discontinued as I can't tolerate citrus flavouring! But I'll likely continue to buy the unflavoured version & just find my own mango powder, unless they come up with another flavour that is non-citrus (berry, cherry etc). The sodium level & overall ratio is great for medical use (dysautonomia/EDS), the potassium is very gentle on the stomach & magnesium malate is a superior form of magnesium for muscle recovery. If you do get a flavoured version, monk fruit vs stevia is a rare plus both for taste factor or allergy/sensitivity to stevia, as well as using malic acid vs citric acid. Price is fair, shipping was fast. Nice to support a solid, Canadian company with similar values to me. Would recommend to others!

I was dragging. Trying to lose weight, move more after dbl knee replacement. It was recommended by physician, that I try a product with a higher salt content than a straight sports hydration mix. Yes, being Cdn is what first drew me here, but mango! Well that cinched it. It is doing what it is supposed to be doing and that is great. Delivery was super quick.

This product boosts my energy and helps to clear brain fog. I have MS and if I am having a high fatigue day, the electrolytes provide a significant boost to my day. Not the traditional use for electrolytes, but I highly recommend anyone suffering with autoimmune issues consider giving it a try.

The calcium source is a bit lame. Both my wife and I immediately thought of tums antacids. The calcium was one of the things that made it seem like a better product to me.

Its definitely better than any other product that I’ve tried. It has no bad after flavor. The lemon and lime flavour is not very strong But it’s by far the best so far. And I’m very glad it has no Stevia in it or byproducts of Stevia in it

Love the lemon lime. Mango is OK. Prefer to purchase Canadian. Individual packets would be convenient for hiking or for someone involved in Search and Rescue. The large packet to be measured out is fine for at home use.

Great product for heavy sweaters. I have tried various electrolyte drinks but found Canada Rock Hydration to work the best for my needs. Recently went on a long weekend bike trip and found I was able to perform and recover very well.
