1. Do you have any other flavours?

Currently we have 3 flavours; Lemon Lime, Mango, and Pure Unflavoured. We'll be sure to share updates on our social media and website about any new flavour additions!

2. Does CRH offer bulk/wholesale pricing?

We do not offer wholesale pricing. There are bundle options available on our product pages. Currently our products are only available for purchase through our website at canadarockhydration.com

3. Does CRH have single serving packets available for purchase?

We do not have single serving packets currently. Our electrolytes are shipped in 30-serving resealable pouches.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are 3-5 business days for most orders! Remote orders may take up to 10 business days depending where you are in Canada. Orders typically ship within one business day from the date of purchase!

5. What is CRH’s return/refund policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your electrolyte order just let us know by email within 30 days of your purchase and we'll offer a full refund for your order. You can contact us anytime at hello@canadarockhydration.com

6. Are Canada Rock Electrolytes salty?

Our Flavoured electrolytes are a balanced blend of saltiness and subtle sweetness from the added monk fruit, while our unflavoured electrolyte is a little saltier. Our electrolytes are made with 100% Canadian sea-salt harvested off the coast of Vancouver Island, BC.

8. What are the ratios in Canada Rock Electrolytes?

One serving of our electrolytes contains 1050mg of Sodium, 246mg of Potassium, 95mg of Calcium and 65mg of Magnesium. There are also over 40 trace minerals contained in every serving from the 100% Natural Canadian Sea-salt.

9. Have Canada Rock Electrolytes undergone third-party testing?

Yes. All of our products are 3rd party tested for heavy metals, micro plastics, bacteria, etc. All of our ingredients have been tested individually before mixing and the products are tested again following final packaging.

10. Are Canada Rock Electrolytes available in stores anywhere in Canada?
